Advertisers that participate in the Freedom of Ads platform on the AdECN exchange benefit from extreme targeting, SpotBot protection, value-based pricing and wider distribution. You’ll be able to target your ads with the same great options that you had with Freedom of Ads, and now you have behavioral and demographic targeting options as well. But just in case, the SpotBot algorithm will protect you from overpriced inventory by adjusting your bid lower on spots that have lower performance rates (we check a variety of factors, including CTR and conversion rates) as compared to the spot’s peers. Not that you’ll ever need it, because with the AdECN exchange, the market, and not a random rate card from a network, sets an appropriate price for inventory. Speaking of inventory, there is quite a lot of it traded on the exchange, which gives you access to premium inventory from Microsoft, aQuantive, and inventory from the 50+ networks that trade on the exchange.
Publishers benefit from our zero-risk guarantee, value-based pricing, and higher fill rates with access to more media. In your control panel, we allow you to set a minimum CPM rate and a backup ad source. If our ad can meet your minimum CPM rate, our ad will show. If it can’t, for some abnormal earth-shaking rarity, we’ll show the ad from your backup ad source that you specify, and you get paid from that source. You can even use other networks as a backup source. Value-based pricing for your inventory allows thousands of advertisers to bid on your spot in a real-time auction for each impression, which drives up the price. As well, AdECN provides access to thousands more advertisers, and that means more revenue.
Not to worry, we’ve syndicated all of our media from any other platforms that we work on into the AdECN exchange, so that our clients don’t have to use three separate control panels at the same time.
